We are looking for great people who want to take this journey with us!&nbsp;<a href="https://vimeo.com/652202630/3ae8c047b6">Get a sneak peek into life at ADESA!</a></p> <p><strong>Role and Team</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Inspections or Operations Manager executing processes at our facility to ensure our team members, customers, and assets are protected. &nbsp; At our gates, you will be the face of ADESA to our customers, vendors and associates.&nbsp; You will play an active role in ensuring our Inventory Control procedures are followed.&nbsp; You will be adept at utilizing ADESA technology.&nbsp; You will support vehicle location research when necessary.&nbsp; This position is hourly and reports to the Operations or designated manager. This position may work various shifts and weekends.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Secure all gates and buildings and patrol the premises. Sound alarms and notify authorities in case of emergency.&nbsp;</li> <li>Verify only authorized individuals enter the property.&nbsp; Provide facility directions to customers, vendors and transporters.&nbsp;</li> <li>Check gate passes to ensure vehicles are authorized to exit property.</li> <li>Check departing vehicles to guard against theft of company property.</li> <li>Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt and courteous service. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.</li> <li>When difficult situations arise, de-escalate situations to ensure we win with partners and collaborate on the forefront.</li> <li>Using a
