Business Development Manager-Client Accounts

A DAY IN THE LIFE 

• Serves as a liaison and lead point of contact between Blattner and clients through client relationship management including end to end engagement with each client.  

• Meets with key clients on a regular basis to develop an understanding of their goals, needs, and concerns to identify and grow future opportunities.  

• Clearly defines, establishes, and implements plans to identify how client requirements will be achieved (e.g., sets objectives, aligns organizational development practices, implements process improvement strategies).  

• Collaborates with internal teams to address customers’ needs and works with department leaders to create data collection guidelines for internal use. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area required; or an equivalent combination of education and business-related work experience in a client service position.  

• Minimum of 3 years of direct client account management experience required.

• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
