In 2018, Very Good Ventures built the very first commercial Flutter app — the Hamilton app — starting our journey focused on using the latest new technologies to build products that people would love to use.

Role Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with our experienced marketing team to execute many of the important projects and content efforts at Very Good Ventures. You will leverage your existing marketing and tech knowledge to orient yourself as you learn and grow your skills further through projects and mentorship. Ultimately, you will be an integral part of growing VGV’s brand and bringing in business as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Project manage diverse activities to support the marketing team’s high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of content, messages, and campaigns across a variety of channels, including blogs, live streams, in-person events, social media, presentations, whitepapers, and email.
• Manage social media and contribute to creating new content ideas to increase awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate activities with colleagues in Marketing, Engineering, Program Management, Design, and with agency partners.
• Provide routine reports of marketing efforts to marketing team members and leadership.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience working in marketing roles, ideally in the technology consulting or technology industry.
• Have experience working with web CMS (ideally with Webflow) and other systems to manage social media and marketing content.
• Deep interest to learn, understand, and keep up with the Flutter space, frontend development, and B2B marketing strategy.
• Excellent organization, project management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and cultures.
• Strong writing and creative ability to generate and edit content that is engaging and accessible.
