This opportunity provides the successful candidate the chance to play a key role in this journey and be a key contributor to the continued transformation and evolution of compliance at EY.</span></p> <p><span>The role-holder will work with the Global Compliance leadership, as part of the Executive team on the key competencies established under this transformation. The role-holder would support various compliance priorities as EY’s global compliance processes are designed, built and implement in collaboration with key stakeholders. The successful delivery of outcomes will require the role-holder to support the development of compliance processes, technology, communications and methodologies, including building strong working relationships with the GDS GC team across locations.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Travel will be required on occasion for one-to-one and team meetings.</span></p> <p><span><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Work alongside senior members of the Global Compliance team on compliance testing</span></li> <li><span>Contribute to the design of compliance solutions and their feasibility testing</span></li> <li><span>Manage various platforms used for Compliance Monitoring matters and support of the Enterprise Risk Management process</span></li> <li><span>Run training sessions on behalf of Global Compliance</span></li> <li><span>Analyse data to support the production of management reports using appropriate tools</span></li> <li><span>Maintain guidance and training material relating to the compliance risks in scope</span></li> <li><span>Drafting key process manuals, communication collateral and operational processes for review by senior members of Global Risk Management</span></li> </ul> <p><span>  </span></p> <p><span><strong>Skills and attributes for success</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline driven environment and meet commitments</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Ability to build strong working relationships across the business and develop an excellent understanding of their business</span></li> <li><span>Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills</span></li> <li><span>Confidence in dealing with senior members of the team</span></li> <li><span>Quick learner and keen to learn new team management platforms</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work independently and within a global team, across locations</span></li> <li><span>Excellent business writing, communication and presentation skills</span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>2-4 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management, with experience in communications would be a plus</span></li> <li><span>English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Strong analytical skills</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>What we offer</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
