With sustainability constantly evolving we take a dynamic approach to make a real impact across our value chain, focusing on responsible sourcing, minimizing our footprint and connecting people from all walks of life.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The internship starts on September 4th 2023, and is for a period of 5-6 months. </p><p>To start with, the position of Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A) Intern sits comfortably in the Global Business &amp; Operations FP&amp;A Team at the international HQ. An incredible diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Just how we like it! And as a Global FP&amp;A Global FP&amp;A Intern you will collaborate to drive financial performance of the company by making recommendations to optimize (financial) business performance. This includes providing support throughout the company as regarding the performance analysis, annual operating plan (budget) development, forecasting and capital analysis. For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:</p><ul><li>Contribute to the planning and development of the annual operating plan budget</li><li>Execute KPI analysis including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures</li><li>Contribute to preparation of key management team meetings (Executive Committee, etc.)</li><li>Execute the development of financial models to analyze various business opportunities and cost savings initiatives</li><li>Execute periodic financial analysis (backward and forward looking).</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>We are looking for a pioneer with a drive for excellence. But to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role, we’ll share our “nice to have” list with you:</p><ul><li>Bachelor in Business, Economics, Finance (or equivalent) and pursuing a relevant MSc program</li><li>Enthusiastic and pro-active</li><li>Ability to work in fast paced environment whilst maintaining high attention for detail</li><li>Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul><p>Important: To be considered as a candidate for this internship, </p><ul><li>EU/EEA students: you need to be enrolled at a University for the whole duration of the internship and this needs to be a mandatory part of your study curriculum.</li><li>Non-EU/EEA students: you need to be enrolled at a Dutch University and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement.
