Job Description
- Drive global linerless platform whilst supporting the technical and commercial teams in the region
- Create a compelling value proposition for end users and our customers
- Define the right go-to-market strategy globally and collaborate with regional commercial teams to execute
- Identify and develop market opportunities for linerless in collaboration with business development and sales/marketing teams
- Lead global ecosystem development with label converting and label dispensing OEMs
- Surface new ideas, products applications and solutions to R&D, open innovation and commercial teams
- Influence key cross functional stakeholders in regional marketing, sales, R&D, global strategy and M&A
- Support Ventures and M&A work, as needed (specifically for commercial topics)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with a major in Marketing, Business, or a related field strongly preferred. Master’s degree preferred
- Ability to develop go-to market strategy, as well as execute activities
- Preferably 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, technical aptitude a plus
- Detail oriented, project management and communication skills a must
- Ability to influence others, exhibit enthusiasm and a passion for the work
- Creativity, out of the norm thinking around what is possible
- Strong influencing and storytelling skills and ability to champion projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.
- A demonstrated track record in developing and executing new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communications, and organizational skills
- Global experience required
- Ability to travel (40%)
