Job Description

The Director, Learning Business Partners - WW Industries, Partners & GTM, supports the World-Wide Industries, Partners and Go To Market teams. They will create and implement data-driven learning strategies to boost employee performance. Working closely with sales and supporting cross-functional leadership as a trusted partner, you will help identify priorities, address performance gaps, and deliver impactful learning solutions aligned with company goals. Additionally, you will lead a team of Learning Business Partners to ensure effective implementation and success of these strategies for their stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

· Strategic Partnership: Refine corporate priorities to develop a tailored strategy to address identified performance gaps, including specific sales objectives, learning development plans, and accountability measures. 

· Prioritization and accountability alignment: Identify clear success metrics, audience impact, and prioritize among other critical enablement initiatives. 

· Program Design & Deployment: Create and implement learning programs to improve sales productivity and engagement. 

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Learning & Development teams on enablement initiatives. 

· Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and support decision-making. 

· Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and skill gaps, developing targeted learning solutions. 

· Program Management: Oversee learning programs from assessment to execution and impact measurement. 

· Process improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize enablement workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity. 

· Advocacy: Represent sales learning needs across the business for continuous development investment. 

· Team Leadership: Mentor the learning team, fostering innovation and accountability. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have: 

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 
  • 8+ years in sales enablement or related fields, preferably in high-growth environments with knowledge of sales methodologies and pipeline management. 
  • Executive Presence: Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders to drive business impact. 
  • Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in collecting, interpreting, and synthesizing data to identify gaps and areas for improvement. 
  • Systems thinking: Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to understand connections and broader impacts. 
  • Communication skills: Effective communication skills to present findings, make recommendations, and influence diverse audiences. Skilled at building trust and credibility and engaging with senior leaders to drive initiatives aligned with key objectives. 
  • Conflict resolution: Ability to mediate between business requirements and multiple stakeholders. 
  • Change management expertise: Capability to manage the transition process when implementing new performance improvement initiatives. 
  • Organizational development knowledge: Understanding of organizational structures, culture, and dynamics to tailor solutions appropriately. 
  • Leadership and coaching skills: Ability to guide and motivate individuals to achieve their performance goals. 
  • Technical aptitude: Familiarity with sales analytics tools (dashboards, CRM, pipeline, etc.) to provide actionable insights that inform sales learning strategies.
