Job Description

The Director Analytics will lead analytic initiatives from conception to completion. They will serve as the team lead and ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class modelled marketing approaches in support of client business objectives.   

• Develop statistical solutions utilizing available data to infer marketing efficacy and predict future results 
• Present analytics proposals and results internally and externally to non-technical audiences 
• Improve analytics processes by bringing best practices in algorithms, reproducible code, and collaboration using primarily open-sourced analytics software
• Work with team members to operationalize these models for use across additional clients and industry verticals 
• Act as an internal thought leader and resource on predictive analytics and other statistical models

Qualifications

• 9+ years of marketing analytics experience
• Experiene in direct mail analytics
• Strong technical skills including proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, Python/R, and model maintenance and development
• Experience using marketing performance data to craft and present stories that spur action  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation ability

Compensation Range: $137,000 - $170,000.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
