Senior Finance Controller (Slavic Speaking)

<p>What is the job about? </p> <p>The Senior Financial Controller contributes to the Finance organization with a high degree of financial/accounting/system insight. The Senior Finance Controller roles exist at Group level and in some cases also at local entities.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your main responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li>Consolidating and ding financial reporting and analysis at Grundfos Group level. Explaining the financial development.</li> <li>Contributing with a constant focus on compliance and quality within the financial reporting through complex analysis, continued compliance development, reduction of complexity as well as efficiency optimization. </li> <li>Evaluating compliance issues in business cases and projects in close cooperation with business partners.      </li> <li>Implementing and integrating compliance tasks and accounting principles in an ongoing dialogue within the Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance team as well as with the Compliance Controlling team and the Accounting &amp; Processing teams at Performance Unit level.</li> <li>Initiating and defining the need for complex analysis, drive the continued development of monitoring, and secure a high quality financial reporting and compliance with global policies and procedures and Group accounting.</li> <li>Supporting the Finance organization at Group Level and at Performance Unit Level in adhering to the Accounting Manual and Financial Policies.</li> <li>Supporting forecast and budget for Country directors.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your background</p> <p>We imagine that you have:  </p> <ul> <li>SAP, MS Office knowledge and previous experience</li> <li>Controlling, tax and  accounting background, education or previous experience </li> <li>Proficiency in English and communicational level in Czech or Slovak or Bulgarian</li> <li>Excellent analytic skills</li> <li>Strong, organized personality with ability to do the prioritization in the daily work</li> <li>Flexibility and good change management</li> </ul> <p>                  </p> <p>What’s in it for you? </p> <p>What are your goals?
