Engineers will design, implement and administer systems infrastructure, including cloud and on premises collaborating with other teams.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer you will join our IT Operations team in supporting and evolving our production and cloud-based infrastructure. The successful candidate must have a skill pool that enables configuration and administration of Viva Wallet servers and network infrastructure. In addition to this, suitable candidates should also be able to take point in resolving escalated incidents and issues logged by our internal ticketing system.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and administration of production IT infrastructure (On-premises &amp; Cloud).</li> <li> Design, deploy and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure within Microsoft Azure; including Azure Active Directory, IaaS infrastructure (VMs, Networking firewalls/security,VPN IPSec), SaaS and PaaS infrastructure (services such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Azure Databases, AKS, Service Fabric,App Services,etc).</li> <li>Be in charge of the maintenance, configuration and administration of networking infrastructure including switches, firewalls and load-balancers.</li> <li>Collaborate with Viva Wallet core teams, as well as third-party partners, in support of our service level agreements (SLAs).</li> <li>Work with solution engineers and developers to identify business requirements and suggests service improvements and/or new technology directions.</li> <li>Monitoring and maintaining network and services, like VPN,Firewalls,Application Services,etc.</li> <li>Performing system upgrades following new releases.</li> <li>Have strong problem analyzing, tracking and solving skills.</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation of systems processes and procedures.</li> <li>Assist IT Operations management in defining procurement budgets for IT and infrastructure projects.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical degree.</li> <li>A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems And Cloud Solutions Architect Engineer.</li> <li>Proven knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including deployment, resource administration and maintenance.</li> <li>Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Windows server administration.</li> <li>Proven knowledge of Linux administration (Ubuntu, Debian).</li> <li>Working with HTTP web technologies (Apache/Nginx/IIS).</li> <li>Excellent analytical and good problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.</li> <li>Experience with scripting and automation tools.</li> <li>Knowledge in containerized environments (Docker) and orchestrators (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes) will be a plus.</li> <li>Previous knowledge of version control server administration, such as Git will be considered a plus.</li> <li>Ability to solve problems in stressful situations.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive salary package</li> <li>Annual bonus based on targets’ achievement</li> <li>Health and life insurance for you and your family</li> <li>Top of the Line tools and equipment</li> <li>Career and competencies development</li> <li>Modern workspace environment<br/><br/><strong>#LI-Onsite</strong> </li> </ul>
