Manager, Security - Security - FULL TIME VARIED Mullica Hill

MAJOR FUNCTION:

Under the direction of the Director of Security/AVP coordinates the daily activities of the Security Department at a specific location (site).  Provides security and safety-related services to employees, physicians, patients, and visitors of Inspira Health Network.  

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the field of Security, law enforcement experience supervisory experience or lead and/or charge security experience.
• Healthcare security experience preferred.

Certification/ Licensure: 

• Valid Driver’s License and adherence to Inspira's Fleet Policy.
• ICS 100, 200, IS 700 & IS 800 Basic Security Certification (IAHSS) or must have within 1 year of position.
• Basic Security Certification IAHSS within six (6) months however it is not required with Advanced, Supervisory, or CHPA.
• Advanced Security Certification (IAHSS) within twelve (12) months however it is not required with Supervisory or CHPA.
• Supervisor Security Certification (IAHSS within twenty-four (24) months.
• Completes Inspira Approved De-Escalation and Common Language Training within 120 days of employment or position.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of INSPIRA HEALTH management including staff, physicians, visitors, patients and vendors.
• Must be able to manage time well and have the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment as well as the ability to lead and direct work assignments of security officers.
