As a part of the Professional Services department, you and your team will be responsible for the integration and customization of our product suite to ensure that all of your customer’s desires are fulfilled. </span></p><p><span>You are passionate about technology and using technology to solve business problems and are proactive about staying current with the latest technologies, project management methods and trends.</span></p><p><span>Furthermore, as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, tracking and reporting on all stages of the project, including supporting the team during the ideation/concept, requirements, iterative development, testing, and go-live of software increments.</span></p><p><span>Your ultimate responsibility is to apply agile project management knowledge, skills, tools, and practices to ensure that the project generates successful outcomes and that your team is motivated, goal orientated and highly productive. Encouraging and supporting continuous improvement in all aspect of your team with every project iteration.</span></p><p><strong><span>The responsibilities of the role include:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Management of complex consulting, transformation, and software implementation projects.</li><li>Goal-oriented management of project teams, as well as collaboration in national and international teams.</li><li>Coordination of processes and tasks in close cooperation with the business, IT departments and infrastructure management.</li><li>Identification of sales potential, support of the pre-sales department, as well as holding workshops and preparation of offers.</li><li>Assumption of business orientated activities with appropriate aptitude.</li></ul><p><strong><span>What we’re looking for:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Completed studies in (business) computer science, financial mathematics, or comparable education.</li><li><span>Minimum of 3, resp. 5 years of Project Management experience.</span>.</li><li>Basic knowledge of technical concepts and design of IT applications.</li><li>Understanding for the relationship between business and information technology.</li><li>Several years of professional experience in
