This expansion marks a thrilling chapter in reshaping the world's view of mental wellness.</p><p>To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a <strong>Senior Senior Software</strong> <strong>Engineering Manager</strong> to join the Tech team and drive innovation in the mental health market.<br/></p><p dir="ltr">💻 AS A SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER YOU WILL:</p><ul>
<li>Manage and lead a team of around 5-8 engineers, ensuring that they are motivated and empowered to achieve their goals, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Collaborate with a wide range of cross functional partners - and other engineering teams - to define and deliver a strategy for improving Unobravo’s patient experience and enable more people to get access to mental health support</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Ensure your team is focused on delivering impact, not just features, through data-driven experimentation.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Lead a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team, encouraging innovation, staying ahead of industry trends and technologies, and implementing best practices and process improvements.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Engage communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership, creating clear guidance for your team and focus space for engineers to do their best work.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Maintain technical proficiency and stay updated on relevant technologies to effectively support the team, contributing code or architectural insights when needed to meet team goals and ensure progress.</li>

</ul><p><br/></p><p dir="ltr">⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:</p><ul>
<li>You have previous experience working as a Software Engineering Manager of a growth or other direct-to-consumer product team, optimising user journeys and building high trust product experiences.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>You must have previously collaborated closely with product managers and other cross-functional roles, taking shared accountability for success.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of the software technologies and developer experience for building web and mobile applications, ideally including experience with TypeScript, Node.js, ReactNative, and AWS.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>A business-oriented mindset, ensuring that your team optimizes for maximum impact for both our patients, therapists and the business.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Experience in implementing and leading a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging analytical tools, experimentation, and processes to drive engineering and business outcomes.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Comfortable operating with ambiguous problem areas with a high degree of autonomy.</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Significant experience of people management in product-focused engineering teams</li>
</ul><ul>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
