Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 10:30am to 2:30pm would be ideal (no Fridays needed), but there is flexibility. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days we need help the most.
Desired Length of Employment: Fall/Ongoing
Pay Rate: 9.25
Job Description: Assist with facilitating adult public engagement including but not limited to the following: Adult Programming, Baylor Lifelong Learning Courses, Community Partnerships, and Community Engagement. Assist with program evaluations and surveys. Maintain and organize program supplies. Collaborate with staff on various public engagement projects to gain a wide range of experience. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
