The Strategic Purchaser will be responsible for overseeing the strategical and operational Procurement processes, negotiating different projects and working to achieve Allianz Group savings target.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b><span><span><span>What you will do</span></span></span></b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Manage sourcing activities in the category of Professional Services with a focus on services procurement (i.e., strategy and operations consulting, expert advisory, project management support).</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Assess business requests, specify demand and deliverables, execute defined procurement activities to ensure a timely start of the project.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Drive strategic and tactical sourcing initiatives incl. selection of potential suppliers, coordination of RFPs, assessment of proposals, negotiation of commercial terms.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Execute contracting activities incl. coordination of contract extension cycles, alignment with stakeholders, amendment of contract documents.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance and legal teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business objectives.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Manage the relationship with selected preferred suppliers to ensure adherence with company requirements and expectations throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Monitor deliverables expectations, track performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Consult and support both internal and external stakeholders in all procurement related matters incl. process training and problem resolution.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Support implementing and executing the Procurement strategy for the Professional Services incl. active supplier consolidation, central sourcing initiative steering, global process standardization.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Collaborate with key stakeholders incl. senior management, functional departments and procurement colleagues on a local and global level</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Coordinate change requests, monitor contract cycles and savings initiatives and support system-supported RFQ processes.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b><span><span><span>What you bring</span></span></span></b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>University Degree;</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>5 years+ of work experience in Procurement, Contract/ Supplier Management, specialization in Services and Consulting Procurement would be a plus;</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Experience in project management, direct negotiation and contract management;</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Strong understanding of Procurement processes, specifically strategic sourcing;</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Customer-first and service-oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships.</span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b><span><span><span>You have</span></span></span></b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span
