Job Description
The Cybersecurity Business Partner, Senior Manager role is part of the Cyber Market Enablement team within Global Cybersecurity (GCS). This role provides local representation for IDL LatAm, acting as a point of contact for regional-specific operational/BAU issues related to GCS Services. It supports markets in avoiding and remediating cyber risks through operational standards, RATEs and vulnerability management while embedding a culture of cybersecurity resilience.
The role reports to the Director, Cyber Market Engagement (IDL) and is part of the Global Technology function.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Align technology and business priorities with cyber security programs demonstrating relationships with segment and market technology teams.
- Develop and handle market-specific cyber security plans to optimize coverage of Operational Standards from the current state to target maturity levels, ensuring product/service alignment, ensuring SLAs, critical metrics, and other service measurements are met
- Partner with cyber security service owners to provide market facing training for adoption and support.
- Develop a collaborative feedback loop of planning and execution needs between markets and GCS.
- Support the development and execution of a cyber security engagement for McDonald's LatAm BU segment and markets.
- Contribute to the integration of governance, risk management, and compliance processes into market ways of working.
- Ensure markets adopt the risk assessment and treatment execution (RATE) processes to meet global cyber security standards.
- Handle market partner concerns of cybersecurity issues within the LatAm BU for RATEs, support tickets and operational activities. (i.e., Patching, Sentinel One, Identity Management, Security Awareness, Risk Management, Cybersecurity Compliance, etc.).
- Advocate for cybersecurity programs as an ambassador to support the execution of the GCS strategy.
- Promote a culture of cybersecurity resilience and awareness across all GCS functions.
- Ensure segment and markets understand their role and responsibilities in cyber defense activities (i.e. tabletops and incident response).

The expected salary range for this role is $129,800 - $165,490 per year

Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
An individual fulfilling this role will be passionate about and demonstrate success in:
- Applicable bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- (5+ years) experience in cybersecurity, information security or risk management roles
- 4+ years of experience stakeholder management
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Building positive relationships with and influencing leadership, collaborators and partners across the organization globally
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and controls to secure an organization's data and operations
- Knowledge of various IT systems and applications, their security requirements, and data protection needs
- Evolving and modernizing technologies and services to align with business priorities
- Able to clearly articulate the value of solutions to collabor
