Position Summary

The Senior Manager of Leadership Development plays a critical role in shaping the future of leadership within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, and ensuring that leaders are equipped to drive the company's success. This role requires a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a dedicated advocate for leadership excellence.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise leadership, Functional, Industry and Capability leaders, to understand current and future leadership needs.
• Design and deliver leadership training programs that are tailored to the unique needs and challenges of diverse leaders at all levels of the organization, including developing role-specific training programs.
• Ensure that leadership development programs align with the organization's values and culture.
• Customize training content to address the specific competencies and skills required for each leadership role.
• Develop and manage leadership acceleration programs aimed at identifying and nurturing high-potential diverse talent.
• Create mentorship and coaching opportunities for proteges to learn from experienced leaders.
• Implement leadership assessment tools and methodologies to identify leadership strengths and areas for improvement.
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs.
• Continuously assess and improve programs based on feedback and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in leadership development., incorporating innovative approaches into programs to enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Several years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or related roles.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leadership development programs.
• Strong understanding of leadership competencies, assessment tools, and adult learning principles.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization.

• Confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Travel is 25-30%

The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000-$180,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $156,000-$225,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
