Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as a Senior Executive-Finished Good Warehouse. This role will enable you to proactive and diligently follow through on executing operational duties in a timely and accurate manner to ensure monitoring and controlling processes of the inflow & outflow of finished goods is achieved in adherence to the set standards thereby support the manufacturing unit and division achieve set business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in the current capacity, the incumbent is required to ensure adherence to and work cohesively with all stakeholders within the ecosystem to support the manufacturing facility in achieving its set objectives within the stipulated timeframe and parameters.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, warehouse processes, procedures, STWs, and SOPs while maintaining accurate and timely inventory management to support business objectives efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to the LSW to ensure the smooth flow of work and achievement of set and daily KPIs.
  • Be proactive and ensure daily start-up meetings are held to enable problem-solving and rectification of identified issues.
  • Develop a weekly schedule to ensure that Finished Goods Warehouse processes are planned for the week.
  • Ensure daily follow-ups with Production regarding daily shipment completions and demonstrate the ability to identify and highlight any deviations to management to reduce noise and support a seamless flow within the manufacturing facility.
  • Monitor shipment preparation by attending to transportation requirements and liaising with relevant parties to ensure high-quality goods are delivered in a timely and accurate manner and in adherence to set business and customer standards.
  • Proactively reduce FG stocks by promptly communicating early-completed orders to the Planning and Business teams for shipment approval and coordinating with relevant parties to clear remaining FG stocks after order completion.
  • Maintain the given direct-to-indirect cadre numbers while identifying work trends and process improvements to create an effective workload balance within the department.
  • Together with acquired technical and business acumen, be vigilant in identifying and foreseeing issues, and work in collaboration with Senior Management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues prior to escalation and ensure zero production downtime.
  • Ensure all aspects of the Finished Goods Warehouse align with Health, Safety, and Compliance guidelines to maintain zero accidents.
  • Train, develop, and guide Executives and staff-grade employees on RM-related activities to ensure they have the right capabilities to achieve set objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to make decisions independently and manage daily operational work with less supervision.
  • Cross-functional experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good follow-up skills.
  • Collaboration and teamwork.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
