<h1><span><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></span></h1>The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple complex projects from initiation to completion. He is responsible for project delivery, profit &amp; loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. This role requires a strategic approach to project management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success.<p></p><h1><span><b>Job Description</b></span></h1><p><u><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></u></p><p>* Acts as primary customer contact for the duration of each project through commissioning; ensures customer satisfaction;</p><p>* Manages, owns and reports all financial aspects of the project including budgets, costs, margin, invoicing, and receivable collection</p><p>* Arranges witness tests; coordinates field service activities with appropriate Service <span>Manager                                                                    </span></p><p>* <span>Negotiates/coordinates</span> with Sales staff as appropriate for customer-requested changes (price and delivery)</p><p>* Develops and maintains project schedule ensuring  optimal utilization of resources to meet project goals.</p><p>* Directs and administers project-related activities to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget and within internal and external <span>quality/specification</span> requirements</p><p>* Facilitates project closeout reporting and meetings</p><p>* Provides leadership to the cross functional project team</p><p>* Participates in the ITO proposal process on large projects – ITR Process</p><p>* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</p><p>* Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders, Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.</p><p> * Managing NPIs Projects, FOK Projects, Leading complex and high visibility projects execution with Key customers in the Region</p><p> * Identify opportunities for process improvement and shares Lesson Learned within project management practices.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Required Qualifications</b></u></p><ul><li><p>English language fluent. A second Language an advantag</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree (engineering discipline preferred)</p></li><li><p>5+ years experience in project management</p></li><li><p></p><p><span>5+ Years’ experience in Gas Power or O&amp;G Industrial controls. </span></p></li><li><p>Proven leadership skills in a matrix organization with solid customer focus</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving <span>abilities      </span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid understanding of basic financial concepts and measurements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good oral and written bilingual communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong computer skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>30% travel required (in the Region and outside Region)</span><br/><br/><span>                                           </span></p></li></ul><p><u><b>Desired Characteristics</b></u></p><p></p><p>* MBA<br/>* 5+ years experience in controls and/or turbine field preferably GE MKVIe, EX/LCI, Woodword Micronet Control Systems.<br/>* Sales and/or customer interface experience</p><p>* SAP Enterprise Software experience<br/>* Project management software experience</p><p></p><h1><span><b><b><b>Additional Information</b></b></b></span></h1><p><b>Relocation Assistance Provided: </b>No</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>#LI-Remote - This is a remote position<p></p><p></p>
