Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Technology Service Desk Analyst I to join our team in Holland. This is a 2nd shift position, working 12:00pm-8:30pm with some overtime.
As a Technology Service Desk Analyst I, you will:
Respond to and process requests in manner that optimizes customer satisfaction. Provide assistance in use of all computer technology provided by Information Services (IS) to enterprise. Acts as account overlords administering user access and account maintenance.
Do you have these required qualifications?
- Associates degree in computer science, information systems OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience
- 1 year experience in end-user technology support in addition to the above
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours with some overtime
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
- Haworth experience
- Experience working with Remedyforce ticketing system.
- Experience with JCL Scripting or similar Job Scheduling tools.
- 6 months of experience supporting Haworth technology end-users by phone or in-person.
- A+ or other industry certification preferred.
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive data.
- Broad technical and organizational skills, with good attention to detail.
- Familiarity with information technologies and their application to business processes.
- Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly.
- Ability to work well under pressure and quickly assess and respond to customer issues.
- Strong data-gathering and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with diverse global customers.
