Position Summary:
Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of strategic portfolios and the successful execution of the corresponding projects within the Digital Transformation portfolio as part of SAP S/4, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the PMO and the organization. Manage vendor Project Managers and potentially other roles/resources, test automation and track/ manage budget responsibility for the respective projects under Digital Transformation.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work with internal and external partners on a Digital Transformation to oversee the overall portfolio and project definition, planning, execution, and control of multiple large or highly complex projects to successful completion Serves as liaison between project team members, business partners, and technical resources.
- Establish work plans for the portfolio, including program and project planning, resource management, test management (QA, UAT), release management, and value realization.
- Ability to build roadmaps and resource plans for multi-year initiatives with business users and IT functional owners, conduct impact analysis, and identify creative opportunities for the business/IT to add additional value towards achieving strategic goals.
- Maintain well organized, clear, and concise documentation to ensure that program requirements are fulfilled, establish easy traceability and timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned and well informed.
- Building test automation capability in the space of Digital Transformation.
- Identify, track, and coordinate cross program/project dependencies with proposed priorities.
- Be an active member of the Digital Transformation leadership team within the organization. Ensure that digital transformation roadmaps and strategies align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Promote a culture for adoption of automation to improve process efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Analyze, design, propose, implement, and continually improve the Digital Transformation communications processes that ensure the right level of transparency and content around planned Digital Transformation events, issues, project statuses, policy, trainings, and tips.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in business or technical degree or equivalent experience.
- More than 5 years of experience in relevant field including working with or in an IT business applications organization preferred.
- More than 5 years of experience managing projects, programs, or services in the digital IT or SCM Operations experience space, digital learning space.
- Experience executing programs with a framework for execution and ensure process governance (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Ability to drive strategic planning & execution with serious leaders across IT, Vendor project management, SCM & Operations teams.
- Prior history working with the SAP ECC, S/4 system related projects
Base Salary Range: $120,715 - $160,950
