About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Softheon. As a Senior Product Manager for our Member Portal & Payments Portal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online experiences of our clients. You'll oversee the development and enhancement of these platforms, ensuring that they're user-centric, intuitive, and compliant with healthcare standards. Your expertise will drive the creation of seamless interfaces, fostering straightforward and hassle-free payment processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll integrate technical solutions, industry insights, and user feedback to build a robust platform that meets the dynamic needs of the healthcare technology landscape. This role demands a perfect blend of technical know-how, industry acumen, and soft skills to ensure we deliver unparalleled value to our clients. You will define product requirements based on competitive analysis and market research.                                                            

Requirements

You will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements, creating a roadmap that delivers maximum value to customers and drives business growth.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and features.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain deep insights into user needs and pain points, and use this information to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive alignment.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthtech, and using this information to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
• Define and track key product metrics and analytics to measure product performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture, and ensuring the professional growth and development of team members.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for product launches, and support the sales team with product training and enablement.
• Stay informed about relevant healthcare regulations and ensure that products are compliant with applicable laws and standards.
• Collaborate with the Talent team to actively engage in the hiring and recruitment processes. Leveraging industry networks and expertise to identify, attract, and interview top talent that aligns with the company's objectives and values.
