We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The position is located in our new Paris office located centrally in the City. </p><p> </p><p><strong>What The Role Entails</strong></p><p>The Senior Accountant supports the Accounting/Finance team in the day-to-day operations and development of several large data centers in the US and internationally. The Senior Accountant will work with property management, operations and accounting staff, as well as senior executives within our organization. He/she is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, monthly statements and general ledger account reconciliations. The applicant should be detail-oriented, forward-thinking and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>- Prepare journal entries</p><p>- Review the allocation of company expenses and overhead costs</p><p>- Performing account variance analysis and reconciliations</p><p>- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements including the associated work packages</p><p>- Review invoices for proper coding and prepare for payment</p><p>- Reconcile and review all cross-company transactions and prepare invoices as required</p><p>- Preparing monthly drawdown packages for submission to lenders - Assisting in due diligence on equity investment deals</p><p>- Compilation of financial data and other audit requirements</p><p>- Preparation of monthly tenant and customer invoices</p><p>- Assist with other accounting projects as required</p><p>- Travel to locations, customer meetings, training courses or conferences as desired and required</p><p>- Preparation of monthly tax returns for sales and use tax and purchases of tax-exempt fuel</p><p>- Supervision and training of young professionals in accounting</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><p>CloudHQ's people and culture are the most rewarding aspects that make us a great place to work.
