As Manager Global FP&A - Global Technical Operations (f/m/d) you are part of our Global Finance TechOps team. Here you will work closely together with the Global TechOps Organization, Commercial Entities and Corporate Finance Functions. Together with the team we are acting as enterprise leaders with the vision and mission to support STADA on its growth journey.

 

What you can expect

 

• You conduct performance analysis to identify actionable insights and drive measures to drive COGS improvements
• You perform business simulations and scenario analysis (mainly only product profitability, and cost efficiency) to support decision taking and to assess risks and opportunities
• You prepare documents as well as ad-hoc analysis for the leadership teams and functional leaders 
• You challenge the status quo of how things are done to make FP&A even better and faster trough e.g., further process automation, development and enhancement of reporting tools 
• You gain a profound understanding of business to assist decision making and give proper business insights 
• You lead the Global Intercompany Pricing Process (Global Cost of Goods sold calculation) and act as a Global Process Owner for the COGS Calculation
• You perform Standard Costing for our Headquarter (as a central hub) on operational level in cooperation with Global Procurement for external purchased goods.

 
Who we are looking for

 

• You hold a Master’s degree in economics with focus on finance, controlling or accounting
• You have multiple years of experience in FP&A/Controlling in a multinational company and/or (Strategy) Consulting firm
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Consumer Goods, would be an advantage, as well as exposure to a private equity environment 
• You have experience in interacting with top management in a highly demanding environment
• You have a strong proven business partnering mentality with the maturity and awareness to strike a balance between facilitating and challenging the business
• You possess an open and transparent approach to working with colleagues with a strong team mentality
• You are a result- and solution-oriented individual, with a strong work ethic and a positive “can-do”-attitude
• Good knowledge of common IT applications in finance and accounting, especially MS Office, SAP and preferably PowerBI and Alteryx
• You are fluent in English
