Tell us about your strengths and apply as a Senior Group Compliance Officer (m/f/d) </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h4>What to expect:</h4> <ul> <li>Monitoring of regulatory requirements </li> <li>Development of the group-wide strategy, governance and oversight of the compliance-function according to the Solvency II requirements in line with the business strategy of UNIQA Group</li> <li>Steering of the international business units <ul> <li>Defining policies and standards in the collaboration with the international experts within the UNIQA Group </li> <li>Supporting the international business units in implementation of the regulatory and internal requirements </li> <li>Auditing the implemented standards and processes in the business units</li> <li>Preparing the reporting to the Management Board and Committees</li> </ul> </li> <li>Supporting of colleagues with networking, promoting knowledge transfer and further developing of the expertise within the UNIQA Group.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h4>We expect:</h4> <ul> <li>Completed studies in law or business administration </li> <li>Experience in 2nd line of defense tasks</li> <li>Leadership experience (an advantage)</li> <li>High resilience</li> <li>Integrity</li> <li>Structured work and analytical thinking</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> <li>Excellent English </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>At UNIQA, we live diversity.
