WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Administrative Services Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions that support the operational efficiency of the program. This role will manage the onboarding of vendors, ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and accounts payable, provide high-level administrative support, and facilitate effective meeting documentation.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new vendors, including the collection of required documentation and setup in accounting systems.
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in alignment with internal controls and payment schedules, including reconciling discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and teams as needed, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage general office operations such as supply orders, scheduling, and communication logistics.
- Assist in the development and organization of agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Attend designated internal and external meetings to record minutes, track follow-ups, and distribute summaries.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, office administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative management, office coordination, or accounts payable roles.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
