Through our software, we’re constantly stretching boundaries to do more for our customers. We are proud to be an organization where our vision, values and cultural beliefs are not just shared, but are lived by our people globally and where recognition is part of each and every day.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><ul><li>Within a worldwide team of 15+ DevOps and SRE engineers, you will manage the DevOps team and activities of Treasury Kondor, flagship product of the Business Unit.</li><li>Role reports to the Head of DevOps of the Business Unit.</li><li>We are looking for a hands-on DevOps manager, who challenges the status-quo, think automation, and wants to contribute to the success of Finastra Cloud journey.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Deliverables:</strong></p><p>Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:</p><ul><li><strong>Management</strong> of a growing team of 6+ DevOps Engineers</li><li><strong>End to end</strong> development management of Treasury Kondor new <strong>automated</strong> <strong>CI/CD</strong> and <strong>Self-Service</strong> on Azure</li><li><strong>Agile and iterative approach</strong> in all deliverables</li><li><strong>Explore &amp;</strong> <strong>develop </strong>skills in existing and emerging <strong>Industry Standards DevOps</strong> tools and technologies.</li><li>Target<strong> 0% manual tasks</strong> and <strong>0% ticketing</strong> by enforcing automation and self-service.</li><li><strong>Support </strong>R&amp;D teams as users of DevOps automated processes and services.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>10+ years’</strong> experience in a Dev/DevOps position</li><li><strong>3+ years’</strong> experience as a DevOps team manager</li><li>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Technical<ul><li>Hands-on experience of <strong>Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, public Cloud (Azure/AWS)</strong></li><li><strong>Coding</strong> skills (python, shell script, groovy, Java, …)</li><li>Development of Quality Gated CI/CD <strong>pipelines as code</strong></li><li>Strong <strong>customer support</strong> and <strong>production</strong> mindset and practices</li><li>Certifications on <strong>Azure</strong></li></ul></li><li>Soft<ul><li><strong>Multi-cultural</strong> successful experiences (Europe, US and Asia)</li><li>Very good <strong>reporting </strong>and<strong> communication</strong> skills</li><li>Successful projects <strong>development management</strong> in <strong>Agile</strong></li><li>Very good <strong>English</strong> written and verbal</li><li><strong>SAFE/Scrum</strong> on JIRA</li></ul></li></ul>
