Together, we can make a difference!</p><p></p><p><b>About the Role</b> </p><p></p><p>As Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Service Operations team, focusing on developing, operating, and maintaining various technologies, with a primary focus on <b>VMware</b>,<b> Windows Server </b>and <b>Azure Cloud Technologies</b>.</p><p></p><p>Your will support our hybrid infrastructure and growing IT landscape, providing expertise on <b>VMware, Windows Server</b>,<b> ADC (Netscaler)</b>,<b> and Azure Cloud</b>, while collaborating with Solution Owners, Application Developers, and IT colleagues to ensure that we continuously improve and meet customer needs.</p><p></p><p>You will join a global cross-functional team that supports both internal and external projects and teams with modern infrastructure expertise. Your engagement will be at the core of Service Operations in a highly people-focused work environment. If this is you, we’d love to talk.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do:</b></p><p>As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for VMware, Windows Server, ADC (Netscaler) and Azure Cloud, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Drive optimization, automation, and continuous improvement activities to enhance service delivery.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with various infrastructure departments to provide hands-on support and ensure seamless operations.</p></li><li><p>Participate in infrastructure architecture forums, projects, and 3rd-line support activities, solving complex technical challenges.</p></li><li><p>Design and implement solutions that meet both business and technical requirements following Essity standards and processes.</p></li><li><p>Automate infrastructure deployment using PowerShell scripting and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a customer-first approach, fostering collaboration, and delivering excellence in all tasks.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><p>You are an open-minded and collaborative professional who is deeply committed to customer satisfaction and possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
