Senior Operations Engineer

As a Senior Operations Engineer, you will play a central role in securing stable operations and raising the technical bar as we continue to scale the site.</span></p><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>What you'll do:</strong></span></p></div><div><p><span>You will be a senior member of a multidisciplinary operations team responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of electrical, mechanical, cooling and supporting systems across the N01 campus. Your responsibilities may include:</span></p><p></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Provide mentoring, coaching, and direction to our operations teams.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of critical infrastructure systems.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Champion operational excellence across all activities and processes.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Operating and monitoring critical infrastructure systems such as electrical distribution, mechanical systems, cooling and HVAC, and other data centre technologies</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Responding to alarms, deviations and operational incidents, and supporting troubleshooting activities</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Performing preventive and corrective maintenance in line with procedures and work instructions</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Using BMS and other monitoring platforms to identify anomalies and maintain operational stability</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Supporting coordination of contractors and service partners on site</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Participating in HSE activities including safety inspections, risk assessments and work permit routines</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Maintaining accurate logs, documentation and maintenance records</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and sharing best practices across the site team</span></p></li></ul></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Who are you? </strong><br/>You are organized, communicate clearly, and lead by example. Above all, you prioritize safety and take responsibility for maintaining a secure, reliable environment.</span></p></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>What you bring:</strong></span></p></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span>Relevant technical or vocational education, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, HVAC and cooling, mechatronics, industrial mechanics or a related technical field</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Several years of hands‑on experience from technical operations in data centres, preferably with hyperscale clients.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>A strong HSE mindset and commitment to safe operations</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>The ability to document your work, follow procedures and support risk assessments and safe work processes</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Solid experience using monitoring tools such as BMS and the ability to interpret system behaviour across disciplines</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Good communication skills in English, with Scandinavian languages as an advantage</span></p></li></ul></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>It is beneficial if you also have:</strong></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Experience coordinating contractors or leading maintenance activities</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Experience mentoring or informally guiding junior colleagues</span></p></li></ul></div><div><p></p><p><span>Do not let a few unmet requirements hold you back from applying.
