With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we have earned a reputation as a trusted partner for businesses seeking reliable software services. <br/></p><p><strong>What we are looking for</strong> </p><p>We are seeking an experienced and proficient Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in manual testing, test automation,  cloud computing, and REST-based microservice applications. As a key member of our QA team, you will lead the testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet our customers' expectations.   </p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong>  </p><ul> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for manual and automated testing. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Perform thorough functional, regression, and integration testing to validate software changes and enhancements. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Conduct performance testing to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness under various load conditions. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scenarios and ensure adequate test coverage for REST-based microservice applications. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the QA team. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Leverage telco industry experience to address specific testing challenges and requirements. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in cloud computing and microservices architecture. </li> </ul><p>  </p><p><strong>Required Experience</strong>   </p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. </li> </ul><ul> <li>5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on manual testing, test automation. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Proven expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Extensive experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Strong understanding of REST-based microservice architectures and APIs. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Ability to lead and mentor junior QA engineers. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Relevant certifications in software testing or cloud computing are desirable. </li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong> </p><ul> <li>A key role in a company that’s a trailblazer in the telecom sector, offering significant opportunities for growth and leadership in marketing. </li> </ul><ul> <li>The chance to work with a team of forward-thinking professionals committed to establishing Zinkworks' position at the forefront of telecom innovations. </li> </ul><ul> <li>Competitive compensation, including health benefits, retirement plans, and performance incentives. </li> </ul><ul> <li>An inclusive culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and excellence. </li> </ul><p></p>
