Business Analyst - MES

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with deep expertise in digital manufacturing, specifically within MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and IoT (Internet of Things) environments. This onsite role in the USA will focus on bridging business needs with technical solutions, driving digital transformation across manufacturing operations, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, systems, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for MES and IoT implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT/OT, operations, and quality to define and refine digital manufacturing solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support the design, testing, and deployment of MES and IoT solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthroughs.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
