Laborer Maintenance 1

Ability to identify all tools required for tasks.

• Ability to identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.

• Assist with minor building repairs

• Assist with general site cleanup, such as trash collection, ditch cleanout, sweeping inside units

• Assist office administrators with various duties, such as office arrangements, delivery of supplies, etc.

• Assist on any miscellaneous construction processes.

• Clean up work areas.

•  Escort vendors throughout site

• Act as hole, fire, and/or bottle watch as needed

Job Requirements Must have 2 years Industrial Maintenance Experience.
• Must be able to work outdoors and indoors.
• Must possess all Knowledge Skills and Abilities for positions (see below).
• Must be able to meet all physical requirements.
• Must be able and willing to follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Must be able to communicate oral and written English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
