We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Content Specialist to join our Neal Land & Neighborhoods team. This role is responsible for executing digital and e-marketing strategies that support our master-planned communities while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. This individual will play a key role in content creation, campaign execution, and performance optimization to drive engagement, traffic, and qualified leads.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing and the Marketing team to generate qualified leads and traffic sufficient to support the company's business plan and community marketing objectives
  • Develop, manage, and execute the digital content calendar across all marketing platforms
  • Write, edit, and publish content for our blog, website, social media platforms, e-marketing, and other digital channels
  • Design, program, and execute e-marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign or other marketing automation platforms, as directed by the Vice President of Marketing
  • Prepare, design, and size brand visual content, including images, reels, and videos
  • Research competitors, target market, and relevant keywords for our digital marketing strategies, as directed
  • Web content should also be frequently reviewed for creativity and accuracy
  • Support the creation of accurate marketing materials, working independently or in collaboration with approved external agencies and digital service providers
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing, Marketing Specialist, and approved outside agencies to monitor the performance of the content across all digital media platforms
  • Ensure all content follows the best SEO practices, is edited for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and meets our brand style guidelines
  • As needed, participate in and assist with developer-related activities, off-site programs, events, and other marketing initiatives as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, English, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including Acrobat), Canva, and basic HTML
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, databases, SEO best practices, marketing automation, and email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact)
  • Experience with project management tools and processes is a plus
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with strong attention to grammar and detail
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across various audiences
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simulta
