Job Summary/Purpose
The Digital Product Manager is responsible for managing and identifying process inefficiencies or performance gaps that inhibit the delivery of the desired customer experience through our self-service Digital solutions; identify and collaborate to develop critical process outcomes and improve process performance. Responsible for working with business leaders to address cross-functional issues and maintain an 'end-to-end' perspective on the role of their respective function(s) in delivering service levels, efficiencies and financial benefits. Responsible for leadership of Innovation Cycle (Discovery, Development and Delivery) of our digital platforms. Has accountability and shared authority for all processes that support the delivery of multiple products/services/experiences.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
· Responsible for identifying process inefficiencies or performance gaps that inhibit the delivery of the desired experience; identify and collaborate to develop critical process outcomes and improve process performance.
· Responsible for recommending metrics for monitoring the process and motivating employees to consistently deliver the desired results.
· Review & provide progress reports of all changes/improvements with OPCO and Functional Stakeholders.
· Redesign processes to meet future requirements. Lead change management to ensure positive, sustained implementation of new processes. Recruit and manage project team.
· Responsible for monitoring customer & employee feedback to assure quality and address gaps.
· End-to-end process ownership & accountability for delivering intended results. Work with Audit & Compliance to ensure process improvements, efficiencies and service levels are sustained and delivering intended results.
· Agile methodology experience highly preferred, including the creation product backlogs and roadmaps.
· Experience with Salesforce configuration, development toolsets and Salesforce cloud solutions is a plus.
· Ability to create high level cases for digital investment with strong knowledge and background in digital architecture and systems design also preferred.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
· Product Owner certification is highly desired
Minimum experience required of the position
· At least 8 years of experience in technical product development, customer operations, and product management.
· At least 5 years managing a technology portfolio including platforms and services.
· At least 5 years in a leadership role leading agile projects, using Jira or equivalent
· Software development background to understand the technical aspects of the project. Familiarity with programming languages such as JAVA, and Python is highly desired
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Must be able to analyze and interpret customer research and turn it into actionable creation and delivery of product/services/customer experience processes. Must be innovative. Project management a plus. Good communicator. Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools (word, excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Project).
