What you will contribute

As a Business Partner in the Controlling division, you will be responsible for business management consulting for BM Manager's value-added areas.

What we will achieve together

• Analysis of BM development according to various criteria such as sales, prices, volumes and margins
• Preparation, analysis, processing and reporting of margin contribution/MC2
• Advising global company management on decision-making processes with business cases
• Optimization and further development of key figures and reporting
• Carrying out simulation and scenario calculations and providing support with price analyses
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses at customer and product level
• Developing and refining management tools for the business units
• Carrying out transparency checks, particularly in relation to the sales project pipeline
• Support in setting up standardized business processes for ERP restructuring; Global Key User in the area of controlling for the “Sales” work stream in the project

What makes you stand out

• Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or business administration (B.Sc./Master)
• Many years of professional experience in the controlling environment of an internationally oriented industrial company
• In-depth expertise in business controlling for sales and marketing and a holistic understanding of the value chain (profit/cost drivers)
• Good basic technical understanding and analytical thinking skills (affinity for numbers)
• Strong IT affinity ideally in combination with SAP knowledge
• Structured way of working with a strong understanding of processes and the ability to think entrepreneurially
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and high social competence
• Business fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
