ABOUT THE ROLE:
Principal level PM or Lead/Head PM for an early stage product
Focused on building internal analytics tools to support the Investment and Leasing teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define product vision and strategy: Comfort developing an ambitious future vision while creating incremental wins for the core business short term.
Lead cross-functionally: Lead a cross functional team including engineering, design, and data, as well as, communication with the C-Suite, to ensure alignment
Define roadmaps and requirements: Work with internal customers and stakeholders to understand and gather requirements and develop product roadmaps that outline the timeline and prioritization from incremental wins to future vision
Engage internal users and drive adoption: Educate and co-design with users and iterate on the platform informed by ongoing feedback and evolving user needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of software product management experience, with a significant focus on B2B data and predictive analytics products, particularly in a finance, real estate, or investment context
A track record, aptitude, and interest in building proprietary internal investment analytics products
Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and data architecture in an environment
Comfort working with a range of levels of product development, from envisioning entirely new products (0 to 1 product strategy) to mastering details and edge/growth cases. Used to working with neither more senior nor more junior PMs on their direct team
Strong familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools (e.g., Salesforce), data management practices, analytics, and platform technologies (such as data warehouses, APIs, Business Intelligence platforms like PowerBI, and data governance).
Demonstrated ability in the agile development process and the ability to lead complex technical projects to successful delivery
Proven ability to motivate, lead and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through writing, presentations, and 1:1 socialization
Ability to make the most of organizational resources, collaborating with disciplines from engineering and operations to change management
Experience driving adoption and behavior change from internal users: at Link that primarily means our research and analytics, investment, and leasing teams
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a similar technical or quantitative field
Is entrepreneurial, a self-starter, with a passion for data, problem-solving, and an innate curiosity about the business impacts of technical products
Understanding of SQL and data modeling is a bonus
Literacy and curiosity around AI/ML applications in predictive analytics, real estate portfolio management
$112,000 - $175,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
