- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ensure financial compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee revenue cycle management and ensure timely collections while minimizing bad debt.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Lead contract negotiations with managed care organizations and external vendors.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on financial and operational matters.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Finance Committee, providing accurate financial reports and recommendations.
- Optimize financial performance by identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue-enhancing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of senior-level financial leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit setting.
- Strong experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle management, and financial operations.
- Demonstrated success in managed care contract negotiations.
- Deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, capital financing, and compliance.
- Ability to think strategically, lead change, and drive innovation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
