We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media and Video Editing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and video production within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and editing engaging video content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. 
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and wider marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand goals. 
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and engagement. 
• Help build out the monthly social media calendar in alignment with brand pillars and overall marketing strategy. 
• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions. 
• Perform daily community engagement tasks which include responding to comments, direct messages, and story tags. 
• Assist in supporting our social media influencer program; help maintain those relationships, monitor their social activity, and approve their social content for posting in alignment with our social strategy.  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and video production. 
• Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed. 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills. 
• Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer.
