<p>Welcome to the Debt Management unit – a Nordic unit of Change & Process Specialists, Project Managers, Business Risk Managers etc. in PeB COO working closely together cross borders and units.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>We add value by creating sustainable solutions related to Nordea’s debt management processes and have a very important role in driving changes in the area. We believe in the agile way of working and insist on having fun while making a difference.<br/>

In the position as a Senior Change & Process Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in driving the growth and maturity of our processes. You will engage with key stakeholders across the bank to capture and prioritize requirements into a modern solution.</p>

<p>What you’ll be doing:</p>
<p>You will have the opportunity to expand your own capabilities and contribute to a robust change execution structure.</p>
<p><br/>
As a Senior Change & Process Specialist you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate development across the value chain to secure operational excellence</li>
<li>Identify and define business requirements and support IT throughout the development process</li>
<li>Juggling between many different tasks in a high pace with a high level of responsibility within e.g
<ul>
<li>Planning and execution</li>
<li>Problem identification and solution generation</li>
<li>Complex analytical tasks and process mapping</li>
<li>Communication and stakeholder management</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Align with Nordic colleagues to secure a scalable processes across the Nordic countries</li>
<li>Ensure that the processes comply with relevant requirements and that risks / issues are adequately considered and handled</li>
<li>Contribute to the process development by sharing your ideas and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<li>Enjoy working in a changing environment and in an ambitious team </li>
<li>Have an excellent business orientation and understanding of the financial industry</li>
<li>Have a suitable educational background or competence gained via work experience, preferably from working with debt collection</li>
<li>Are fluent in local language and English, both written and spoken</li>
<li>Have excellent people skills that help you to collaborate between units in a calm and constructive manner</li>
