Purpose Statement

This position reports to the Global Process Owner Invoice to Cash and acts as the liaison between the regional service delivery teams and Global Process.  The Sr Process Analyst is responsible for coordinating regional process improvement efforts leveraging global standards, benchmarking our services against industry standards, ensuring that GBS complies with auditing and internal control requirements, and participates in all service infrastructure efforts for the Invoice to Cash end to end process.  The position requires strong collaboration, communications and change management skills as well as significant experience in the end-to-end Invoice to Cash process.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Process Team to develop and prioritize multi-year strategic plans that provide the roadmap for value improvement for a service area within GBS suite of business services.

 

• Performance Measurement: Work independently but also with Service Delivery Team, other Regional Process Stewards, Service Infrastructure and Service Delivery to globally align metrics, scorecards, and other performance measurement methodology.  Review performance metrics associated with their process area for the purpose of cross-regional internal benchmarking, identification of potential value improvement opportunities, and for identification of future changes to introduce new or different metrics to the scorecard.

 

• Value Improvement: Partner with members of the GBS delivery organization to facilitate, prioritize and execute projects, drive efforts to reduce service errors, increase efficiency, mature our controls environment, and reduce operational risk.   Make recommendations and present project conclusions to businesses, functions and management by leveraging leading practices, monitoring performance metrics, and benchmarking performance across end-to-end business processes.

 

• Quality/Audit compliance:  Coordinate regional SOX Program, working with Service Delivery, Corporate SOX 404 and Global Internal Audit leadership to align on global standards.  Support various audit procedures to assess the adequacy of internal control environment, efficiency/effectiveness of business processes and compliance with company policies and procedures and external rules and regulations.

 

• Governance/Service Infrastructure: Participate in and lead GBS governance meetings.  Act as a process subject matter expert (SME) for key Service infrastructure efforts (e.g. business continuity planning, capacity planning and performance metric realignment). 

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of progressive Invoice to Cash, Accounts Receivables, Credit & Collections Shared Services/Global Business Services/ BPO experience and proven success within a large complex multi-national company.
• Technical skills: Full life-cycle Business process improvement methodology (including lean Six Sigma). ERP experience (SAP S/4 preferred).  Global implementation experience. GetPaid experience preferred.
• Functional knowledge:  Demonstrated track record of process improvements end to end implementation.  Solid understanding of the relationship of internal controls and business processes.  
• Superior problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, influencing, communication and consulting skills, team/interpersonal skills.  Outstanding
