This software platform connects Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs – offering charging services to EV drivers), and enables them to successfully launch their businesses. The job

Shape the future of GreenFlux! In this dynamic role, you will be a strategic partner to leadership, working together to define and execute high-impact initiatives that propel our growth. You will wear multiple hats, leading cross-functional projects and fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you will do

• Lead High-Impact Initiatives: As a program manager, you will support individual project leads and own strategic programs from development to execution. You will collaborate closely with executives to ensure successful implementation.

• Optimize Processes & Drive Efficiency: You will establish program management structures, providing oversight, monitoring progress, and identifying and eliminating inefficiencies.

• Communicate Impact: Set up and implement reporting formats (including KPI tracking) and prepare compelling reports for senior management.

• Build a Streamlined Organization: Partner with leadership to streamline management structures and workflows for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

• Empower Leadership: You will collaborate with leadership to craft impactful agendas and facilitate productive management meetings, ensuring focused and action-driven dialogue.

• Champion Continuous Improvement: You will support the entire strategy process, from conception to implementation, ensuring long-term success.

You are/have:

• A self-starter who is proactive, hands-on, curious, and motivated. You want to go the extra mile. You get the job done.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar program and organizational development role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Prior consulting experience will be a strong asset.

• A proven record of accomplishment of successfully leading and delivering complex strategic projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.

• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• A passion and a basic understanding of the e-mobility landscape (a plus!).
