The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Analysis – Boeing Commercial Airplanes Core (BCA) and Airplane Programs Integration based out of Renton or Everett, Washington.  This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by overseeing the integration of critical processes, chairing change boards, and acting as a trusted advisor to our senior financial leaders.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of key BCA level processes and deliverables, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflows

• Chair BCA process and reporting change boards, driving innovation and continuous improvement

• Act as a trusted advisor to the BCA Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Controller, and Program CFO's, providing valuable business insights and strategic recommendations

• Serve as the business interface for General and Administrative functions, fostering collaboration and effective communication

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)

• 1+ years of experience as a manager of people

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Knowledge of BCA Core and Airplane Programs

• 10+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting

Summary pay range: $168,300 - $227,700
