Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Visualization Designer to create stunning digital walkthroughs and still 3D renders of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural visualization, proficiency with CAD software, and the ability to transform technical drawings into photorealistic 3D environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders of architectural projects
  
• Develop immersive digital walkthroughs of residential and commercial spaces
  
• Interpret and work from CAD files and PDF drawings provided by clients
  
• Enhance architectural designs with appropriate lighting, textures, and materials
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and project requirements
  
• Manage project timelines and deliver results within agreed deadlines
  
• Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization technologies and techniques
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 3D Design, or related field
  
• 2+ years of experience in architectural visualization or related 3D design roles
  
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender)
  
• Strong knowledge of rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion)
  
• Excellent understanding of architectural principles and spatial design
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  
• Ability to read and interpret CAD files and technical drawings
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
  
• Excellent time management and communication skills
  
• Portfolio demonstrating high-end 3D visualization work
