The Company
Wolfe, LLC, is an e-commerce company, located in Pittsburgh, PA, focused on next-generation gifting business models.
We are well known for being the company that started the first coupon website in 1995 which sold to a public company in 2000, at the peak of the dot-com era, when we were delivering 20 million page views per month. We then built Direct Response Technologies; grew it to 70 employees; and sold it to Digital River in 2006. We spun off Jambo Media with our tech team and sold it to Undertone in 2012.
We built and focused on GiftCards.com from 2006 to 2016 and sold it to Blackhawk Network. We had over 100 employees whom have shared in our profits.
Today, Wolfe Companies include several brands that are revolutionizing gifting, such as Gift Card Granny, PerfectGift, GiftYa, Give InKind, and Reaf Marketing. We have roughly 160 employees and contractors. We are experiencing triple digit growth year over year. The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior level HubSpot Certified Expert Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a HubSpot certified marketing and inbound sales strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales conversion strategies (and implementation) using the HubSpot platform. Your primary goal will be to implement best practices and uses of HubSpot to our corporate Lead Generation process, focus on lead form conversions, drip campaigns, cost per
lead, and ROAS. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts, enhance customer experiences, and optimize lead generation and conversion processes. You must be personally interested in technology, always learning and keeping up to date with changes directly on the HubSpot platform and indirectly through the HubSpot ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B marketing and inbound lead strategies using the HubSpot platform to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Design, build and showcase emails, implement marketing automation workflows, help create landing pages and workflow reports in HubSpot, and recommend process improvements for HubSpot-related activities and lead scoring systems to nurture and qualify leads effectively.
- Utilize and incorporate integrated inbound marketing campaigns, including content creation, email, social media, SEO, SEM, and lead nurturing to drive and grow e-commerce leads.
- Optimize and analyze marketing and sales funnels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor strategies, and gather insights to inform marketing and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product and inside sales teams to develop high-quality, engaging strategies and tactics that aligns with target audience preferences and supports lead generation efforts.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts, define lead handoff processes, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, ROAS and ROI, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in inbound marketing, sales, and the HubSpot platform, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- HubSpot EXPERT, HubSpot Inbound Certified, and superuser (HubSpot certification a plus)
- HubSpot Certification is required. Demonstrable expertise in working within the HubSpot platform, ideally with HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, CMS Hub and/or Sales Hub.
