We are expanding and are now looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join the HR People services team Nordics.

Job scope
Specific duties include ensuring standards and procedures are consistently applied, in addition to coordinating activities with other departments to facilitate the achievement of the company goals. Partner with relevant stakeholders and use people analytics to coach, guide and advise on organizational design, talent management, employee relations, learning and development, reward and risk management. Payroll can be a small part of the role.
Who are you
The ideal candidate would enjoy leading and developing associates, resolving problems and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Have passion for good work environment and likes to drive work environment initiatives. This roles is part of the work environment committee for the Kista office.
The position plays an active part in the overall business strategy and goals of the HR People services team Nordics.
Background
Relevant bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum three years of Human Resources experience.
Line operations management and labor related experience preferred.
Must be able to show previous delivery and execution of business-based projects.
Requires good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
Specific Skills:
Thorough knowledge of wage and salary, employment and benefits administration and payroll.
Experience working with Workday or other HR systems.
Ability to be proactive and reactive to anticipated and sudden changes especially as they relate to the labor situation.
Ability to focus and maintain attention to performance of tasks and to work and complete assignments on time despite frequent stressful, emergency, critical or unusual interruptions.
Support the annual HR business cycle.
Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
Ability to train, motivate, evaluate, mentor and direct employees and managers to meet desired ends.
Ability to maintain excellent relations with employees and always maintain employee confidentiality.
