Job Purpose

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for implementing and enhancing Salesforce solutions, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and supporting integration initiatives. This role focuses on improving CRM functionality, optimizing business workflows, and ensuring smooth system transitions and alignment across multiple environments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce solutions, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Support integration efforts between Salesforce systems and other enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and CRM capabilities.
• Assist in system transitions, ensuring seamless alignment and minimal disruption.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration and integration details.
• Follow best practices for Salesforce development, code quality, and deployment processes.
• Participate in agile development ceremonies and collaborate on sprint planning and backlog refinement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and multi-system migration strategies.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Knowledge of CRM business processes and ability to optimize workflows.
• Familiarity with version control, deployment tools, and agile development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
