The Opportunity

Our client, a consumer platform that helps navigate complex bureaucratic and legal challenges, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team. Their platform leverages AI technology and human expertise to offer specialized assistance, transitioning customers into a membership program that provides ongoing services like credit care, data protection, and annual tax filings.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining the company’s Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring smooth integrations, high performance, and security best practices. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to enhance Salesforce capabilities, streamline workflows, and improve user experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL, and declarative tools like Flows and Validation Rules.

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs).

• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Ensure security best practices in Salesforce development, including authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0), API rate limits, and data protection.

• Manage Salesforce data structures, including ETL processes, PostgreSQL interactions, and large-scale data migrations.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows using tools such as Git, DevOps Center, Gearset, or Copado.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce implementations to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Write unit tests and follow test-driven development (TDD) principles to ensure code quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate dialer solutions, payment gateway APIs, and ensure compliance with online payments and messaging regulations.

Your Qualifications and Experience

Must Haves:

• 4+ years as a Salesforce Developer utilizing the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

• Experience in Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative tools like Flows and Validation Rules.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication, JSON/XML, and API rate limits.

• Experience with ETL, data structures, SQL, and PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of version control (Git) and DevOps tools like DevOps Center, Gearset, or Copado.

• Strong object-oriented programming principles for scalable code.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks for Salesforce and test-driven development (TDD).

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certification(s).

• Expertise in Salesforce data management, including imports, exports, and migrations using tools like Data Loader, Dataloader.io, or third-party ETL tools.

• Experience integrating dialer solutions and their APIs.

• Strong proficiency in Payment Gateway APIs, including API authentication (API keys, OAuth), processing payments, handling refunds/voids, and managing webhooks f
