Director of Security Responsibilities:

• As director of security , you will manage and oversee the security staff in your facility.
• You will investigate and take the appropriate lawful action, as directed by the company, any accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities and safety issues.
• You will oversee communication with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments in an effective manner.
• You will immediately respond to any situations of import, concerning safety.
• You will be available at all times in case of emergencies.

Requirements

Director of Security Qualifications:

• 2 or more years working in skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities.
• 20-hour State of Illinois security course required.
• Registered as a security officer.
• CPR and CPI Certified.
• Highly developed de-escalation skills preferred.
