Human by nature.  </p> <p>Lead Pricing Analyst – Your future position?</p> <p>As a Lead Pricing Analyst in our Fragrance Division based in Argenteuil and Paris, you will be responsible for price setting, protecting gross margin.</p> <p>Reporting to the Regional Head of Pricing for Europe, you will interact with all the partners in the pricing process for the customers from the fine fragrances &amp; consumer product divisions in Europe. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sounds interesting?</p> <p>It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value.</p> <p> </p> <p>In this exciting role you will:</p> <p> </p> <p><em>Guarantee timely and qualitative delivery:</em></p> <ul> <li>be responsible for Price setting and Maintenance</li> <li>take care of ongoing pricing activities such as computing standard pricing of fragrance prod-ucts, maintaining price lists, providing target costs and price monitoring processes</li> <li>provide pricing recommendations for briefs to Sales and Evaluation</li> <li>validate new rebates and Agent agreement contracts and review Agent commissions. Under supervision of the Regional Head of Pricing</li> <li>provide financial analysis and make recommendations regarding financial and other incentives related to core lists with fragrance division customers in Europe</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Monitor, protect and improve gross margin:</em></p> <ul> <li>define action recommendations to avoid gross margin erosion</li> <li>manage price adjustments following Management decisions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Achieve Compliance:</em></p> <ul> <li>guarantee compliance with the Pricing Guidelines</li> <li>ensure data maintenance and quality in all Pricing processes</li> <li>liaise with Legal to ensure financial terms and conditions of customer rebate agreements comply with Givaudan and local requirements</li> <li>liaise with Tax &amp; Treasury to ensure customer agreements and price quotations take into account potential foreign exchange rate and appropriate incoterms</li> <li>liaise with trans-portation team to define the freight cost for specific customer request</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Make usage of your interpersonal skills:</em></p> <ul> <li>manage critical interactions with partners in the context of conflicting objectives, different locations, different cultures and languages.</li> <li><em>provide Pricing recommendations</em> to the Commercial Organization with supporting analysis based on Pricing Policies and market activity</li> <li><em>work cross-functionality</em> with Sales, Controlling, Operations and Evaluations to support business needs. Participate in several interactions and meetings with those functions. </li> <li><em>provide Guidance</em> to analysts although no direct reporting responsibility</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You?</p> <p>Are you someone who wants to shape your own world?
