Description 

The Shiseido Summer Internship program is a paid, full time 9-week program for college rising Juniors or Seniors starting June 3rd through August 2nd. We are committed to your professional development so during your time here, you can expect to participate in meaningful projects, networking, professional development workshops, speaker series, volunteer activities, and you will also have the opportunity to connect with your global peers across the world!  

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the planning department with day to day activities
• Support and drive tactical services to conclusion
• Support planning analysis, research and cross-functional communications under category manager’s guidance
• Conduct work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline business activities.
• Assist with reporting for Management reviews.

 

Requirements:

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree  
• Purchasing or Supply Chain degree a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate knowledge in Excel and Power Point
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Has excellent problem-solving skills, resolves solutions of moderate complexity with minimal guidance.
• Excellent self-motivation and attitude toward their work
